Full Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire non-personal support services for the Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC) in Millington, TN. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Society of Mexican American Engineers and Scientists (MAES) is the supplier, who can provide outreach support to Latino/a STEM career path students within the MASE organization. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 611310. All responses may be emailed to Janice Sheldon at contact@example.gov and reference number N6671515RC45002 no later than 12:00 (noon) Eastern on 19 September 2014.
