Solicitation N0042126Q1195 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis Stratasys for items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12.

Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov.



This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.



This notice is intent to sole source with Stratasys.



Vendors must be Stratasys authorized distributor who is the OEM and provide documentation via an official letter of authorization (LOA) provided and signed by Stratasys to be considered.

However, all proposals received by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 05 June 2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
