NAWCWD Industry Day Event (now called California Contracting/Acquisition/Procurement (C-CAP) Expo)

The California Contracting/Acquisition/Procurement (C-CAP) Expo, previously known as the NAWCWD Industry Day Event, will take place on February 4-5, 2025, at the Kerr McGee Center in Ridgecrest, California, hosted by the Ridgecrest Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. The event aims to foster collaboration between the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD), and industry partners to support Naval Aviation and the Warfighter. On February 5, NAWCWD leadership will present an overview and provide forecasted contracting opportunities spanning fiscal years 2025 through 2027. The event welcomes all industry representatives capable of providing relevant products and services to NAWCWD, including federal contractors of all sizes and various small business categories such as 8(a), HUBZone, Veteran-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Businesses. Participants will have access to important acquisition forecasts found in the Long Range Acquisition Estimate (LRAE), which will be updated on the NAWCWD website prior to the event. Although NAWCWD actively participates, it is not the official sponsor or host. The forecasts are informational and do not represent any binding commitment or offer of funding by the Navy.
