The Air Force Material Command, through the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, is conducting a market research Request for Information (RFI) under solicitation number FA2299-26-S-BAA1 to identify and onboard new vendors into the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Advanced Concepts Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) vendor pool. This RFI is not a solicitation for proposals or a commitment to award a contract; it serves solely to gather information on vendor capabilities, security infrastructure, and business classification to inform future contracting actions. Responses must be submitted via an attached questionnaire by 5:00 PM EDT on June 22, 2026, using only the provided format, with no alterations to fields, and must be unclassified and free of proprietary information. Only vendors not already approved under the NC3 Advanced Concepts BAA are requested to respond. All submissions become government property and will not be returned, and no compensation is provided for response costs. Respondents must demonstrate possession of Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearances, access to JWICS or approved secure networks, and accredited facilities for handling classified information, while also providing their CAGE code and classifying their business size as small or other than small per SBA standards effective January 1, 2022. The RFI requires disclosure of existing MAS or IDIQ contracts related to nuclear command and control systems and specifies Hancom AFB, Massachusetts, as the place of performance. The solicitation is coordinated through Contracting Officer Shawn Walles, and all inquiries must be directed to his email or the designated Advanced Concepts inbox by June 4, 2026. This RFI aligns with the broader NC3 BAA timeline, which includes solicitation releases, industry days, and future contract awards beginning in 2027, and the NAICS code 518210 is referenced for data processing and hosting services. No formal evaluation factors, contract clauses, payment details, or invoice procedures are included, as this initiative is strictly for market research to support the upcoming FY26 BAA solicitation.
