H305 ROADSIDE HANAGR DOORS ARE RUBBING INTIOR PANELS AT ROLLER, NOT ROLLING, AS IT CUTS INTO PANEL, COULD HIT FRAMWORK MAKING IT WORSE IF PANELS ARE REMOVED, JAMMING IT UP,. Replace Door Leaf 1 wheels (left and right) to include replacing the bearings, the races, and to inspect the axels for any signs of deteriorate Replace Door Leaf 1 wheels (left and right) to include replacing the bearings, the races, and to inspect the axels for any signs of deterioration. Repair of the “C” channel structural welds/frame if any failures are found. Inspect the hangar door system electric trolley to verify all connections are secure and intact. Any loose connections shall be secured. (approx. 200’ long with lift to reach 45’ height) REQUIRES FLIGHT LINE BADGE. MISSION IMPACT: Aircraft require dry storage are unable to get out and enter in timely manner for Maintenance, Training and Mission Exercises.
