The contract value is estimated at $43,543.98 for one fully integrated system to be delivered to the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. No competitive solicitation is being issued, and responses to this notice are not proposals but capabilities statements submitted in writing to Ashley Stewart at Ashley.stewart4@va.gov with the specified subject line, and must be received by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on March 29, 2026. The Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared, and the Government retains full discretion to determine whether competition is warranted based on submissions. The contracting office has not specified payment details, invoicing methods, contract type, period of performance, or formal inspection criteria beyond the requirement that the delivered system must function per its proprietary specifications. No formal contract clauses, packaging requirements, or certification documentation from the contractor are provided, and the sole basis for award is the singular availability of the technology through Rokhan, LLC as the authorized distributor.
