New York and New Jersey Marine Terminals Priority Marine Rehabitlitation

Trevcon Construction Company, LLC is soliciting quotations from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for marine and upland rehabilitation work associated with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey project. Proposals will be due 11/11/2026 3PM. This project has 20% MWBE, 10% WBE and 3% SDVOB goals. All interested firms should be registerd MWBE/SDVOB firms with the PANYNJ. Marine Construction and Repairs: Work includes concrete pile spall repairs; concrete encasement of timber piles; concrete encasement below existing pile extensions; encasement of extensions and piles; pile replacement from mudline to pile extension; 24-inch diameter steel pipe pile encasement; repairs of pile extensions with internal voids, cracking, or deterioration; concrete extension replacement; deck and seawall soffit repairs; pile cap and beam repairs; welded steel plate repairs; and underwater excavation and backfill. Upland – Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT): Opportunities include furnishing, installing, maintaining, and removing channelizing devices (traffic drums), aluminum sign panels with supports, Type III barricades, and aluminum sign panels mounted on barricades. Estimated bid quantities include 130 channelizing devices, 4 signs with supports, 12 barricades, and 120 SF of aluminum sign panels. Subcontracting Opportunities: Trevcon intends to self-perform diving operations but will consider proposals for the work. Other scopes are available for subcontracting, with particular emphasis on concrete spall repairs, structural concrete restoration, pile rehabilitation, and upland MPT work. Partial-scope and material-supply-only quotations are encouraged. Qualifications: Interested firms must have relevant experience, appropriate insurance and licensing, and the ability to comply with project safety, labor, and contractual requirements. Certified MBE, WBE, and SDVOB firms are encouraged to participate.
