Under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has issued a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Curator II contract, to incorporate additional development into the ESIS Pilot Phase 5.  This scope of work will go through the end of the current contract, August 2027. The Curator II program provides a highly specialized secure system operating as an ingest mechanism that protects the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NGS) from malicious content, by intercepting and nullifying potentially dangerous data prior to its arrival into the NGA Enterprise.  This action is necessary to meet NGA's evolving needs for the Curator System by successfully completing the remaining ESIS Pilot phase to integrate the ESIS as a fullly-operational capability with the Agency. This notice is made IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(2)(i) and is not a request for proposals.
