The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for Artifact Relocation Services. This is synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The requirement covers the performance requirements for NAVSUP FLC Norfolk.



The requirement will be solicited on 14 July 2026. The services that will be procured consists of the following: The Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC) is looking to procure a BookTEK 5 V2 Archive Edition+ Professional Book Scanner. The vendor will also provide up to three (3) hours of Installation, set-up, and training upon the delivery of the scanner.  Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov.  Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.  Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.



The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is: 423420 – Office Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. The product service code (PSC) is 7490 – Miscellaneous Office Machines.



The delivery date is prior to 15 September 2026.
