Full Description
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform monthly audits, inspections, maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation of exterior lighting systems at the NIST Boulder Campus and, as authorized, the Ft. The scope includes all exterior lighting fixtures identified on the Site Exterior Lighting Map, including pole-mounted luminaires (120V and 277V), solar-powered lighting, walkway lighting, and bollards, as well as any additional exterior lighting discovered during performance. Monthly audits shall include inspection of 100% of fixtures during hours of darkness, documentation of deficiencies, and submission of reports identifying recommended corrective actions and cost estimates.
