The purpose of this solicitation is to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Department of Transportation (DOT) Non-Core Telecommunications Environment, its assets, and infrastructure environment’s Operation & Maintenance (O&M) support services, hereinafter referred to as the “non-core” O&M.  “Non-core” O&M includes any and all services and supplies required to provide O&M support for DOT telecommunication’s cabling and connectivity infrastructure; telecommunications closets management and connectivity, telecommunication’s assets inventory; the moves, adds, and changes (MAC) of voice and data telecommunications customer provided equipment (CPE); telecommunications environment management;  Wide Area Network CPE, and other support services and related supply requirements associated with the “Non-Core” environment as defined and required by the Government.



The BPA will support the areas to include:
