Purpose of Proposal : The Passaic Board of Education is seeking a contractor to perform unarmed security guard services for one of our nonpublic schools with three locations. The work of this section shall include all security functions under the direction of the Nonpublic School's Director and his/her designee, which are included in these specifications, and in accordance with all rules and regulations of the municipality and all other authorities having jurisdiction. The District will determine the most capable company whose bid proposal demonstrates the ability to satisfy the specific terms, conditions, and requirements as specified in this document. The religious aspect of the school is an important factor when providing services In addition, the bidder should have sufficient experience and knowledge in the specified field. This bid is issued by the Passaic Board of Education. The intent of this bid is to award a contract to a responsive/responsible firm to perform the services specified in these specifications. The expected service is described in Part 2 of the Technical Specifications (Scope of Work). The work and location scheduling shall be to suit school operations.
