Northeast Park Athletic Complex

The City of Madison is issuing Request for Information 15044-0-2026-BP for the development of the Northeast Park Athletic Complex, a project involving 150 acres of undeveloped parkland in Wisconsin. The objective is to establish a year-round, multi-sport athletic complex featuring indoor and outdoor fields and courts capable of hosting tournaments. The City is seeking a public-private partnership model that requires limited to no public capital or operating investment, utilizing revenue-generating components such as commercial development or housing to offset costs.
