Northeast Park Athletic Complex

The City of Madison has issued Request for Information 15044-0-2026-BP to gather insights on the feasibility and potential public-private partnerships for developing a year-round athletic complex at Northeast Park, located at 5501 Hoepker Road in Wisconsin. This RFI is intended to inform a future Request for Proposals and is not a solicitation for bids or an intent to make an award. The project aims to align with the 2025-2030 Park and Open Space Plan, focusing on creating a facility with indoor and outdoor amenities capable of hosting youth, amateur, and professional athletic tournaments.
