Project Description. The City of Barstow invites informal bids for Centennial Park Landscape Project. Work includes demolition and removals of grouted rock pedestals, and planters. Remove native soil and store on site, Import soil, install concrete sidewalk, CMU retaining wall, concrete pad/slab, railroad tie stairway, ADA ramp, footing for shade structures, ADA hand rail, ADA guard rail, allowance for landscaping and irrigation, construction stagging and traffic control, erosion control and SWPPP, mobilization and demobilization, insurance, bond, payment for delay, public notification, pedestrian and vehicular access. Eng Esti: $115,779.40 Bid Documents. Complete bid documents, including scope of work, site map, prevailing wage requirements, and bid form, may be obtained by contacting Fidel Martinez, Senior Community Development Inspector at fmartinez@barstowca.gov or 760-255-5159.
