Remove native soil and store on site, Import soil, install concrete sidewalk, CMU retaining wall, concrete pad/slab, railroad tie stairway, ADA ramp, footing for shade structures, ADA hand rail, ADA guard rail, allowance for landscaping and irrigation, construction stagging and traffic control, erosion control and SWPPP, mobilization and demobilization, insurance, bond, payment for delay, public notification, pedestrian and vehicular access.
