The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopter Program Office, PMA-299 awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Bridge Contract on 31 October 2025. This contract is for program management support services.

This contract was awarded tp Precise Systems, Inc. on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(l), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
