Notice of Intent Air Traffic Control (ATC) Penguin Solutions Extended Platform Support Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to NEWCOM Wireless Services, LLC., 575 Washington Street, Pembroke, MA 02359.The Government has a requirement for the following Part Numbers/Quantity: NIWC-EPS-TA (Quantity 1); EPSW3000: Extended Platform Support (Windows)(24 Units). The applicable NAICS code is 541519, PSC 7C20. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than three (3) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted.
