Notice of intent for Law Enforcement Services
1. General Information This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source commercial services contract in accordance with FAR 5.203. This action is estimated to be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), the Government is establishing a 10-day notice period for this commercial requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
2. Description of Requirement
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District (NAB), intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Department. The requirement is for Law Enforcement Services, including patrols and enforcement of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the THC Lakes Project.
3. Justification for Single Source
