The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Service Unit in Shiprock, NM intends to restrict competition and negotiate an award with Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Informatics, Inc (UEI: H6ZLTSJFD465) for RALS™ Data Management System for point of care testing (POCT) devices. The projected period of performance is:
- Base Period: 12 months from date of award
- Option Period 1: 12 months following expiration of the Base Period
- Option Period 2: 12 months following expiration from Option Period 1
- Option Period 3: 12 months following expiration from Option Period 2
- Option Period 4: 12 months following expiration from Option Period 3

A determination by the Government on whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
