This requirement is for routine preventative maintenance of a legacy Human/Machine Interface (HMI) system. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
