NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Specialty Spaces LLC (Cage Code 5BMV6), 476 Viking Dr. Ste 200 Virginia Beach, VA 23452-7367, for supplying custom vinyl wraps for the USS JOHN MURTHA (LPD-26) The proposed contract action is one in which only one responsible source will satisfy the agency requirements (See FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i)) Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements). The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 1100AM PDT, 25 Oct 2022, via email to anthony.t.nguyen1@navy.mil. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
