The 31 Contracting Squadron (CONS) located at Aviano Air Base, Italy is issuing this Notice to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to execute a Sole Source Award under RFO Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services . Specifically RFO 12.102(a)


 


The intended Contractor is Monaco Enterpresis inc. 


 


In consideration of the circumstances of the contract action, Monaco Enterpresis inc. is the only source that can provide Monaco D-21 Windows 11 Alarm Reporting Software Upgrade at Aviano Air Base, Italy IAW the attached SOW. 


 


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 518210 - Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services


 


The Product of Service Code for this requirement is AJ15 - GENERAL SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY R&D SVCS; GENERAL SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY; R&D FACILITIES & MAJ EQUIP. 


 


This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only. 


 


No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government.
