Full Description

The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii) (A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to CACI, 4114 Legato Road, Fairfax, VA 22033-4022. CACI will provide to the Joint Staff Comptroller with financial system services. These services include the continued development, design and maintenance of the PBS, EAS and CABS systems. This action will result in a Firm Fixed price contract with a four month period of performance. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no RFP available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. The point of contact for this action is Ms. Joyce Bettis, Contract Specialist, contact@example.gov. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a Capability Statement to Ms. Joyce Bettis via email at contact@example.gov no later than 18 September 2008; 12:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
