The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W), Fort Hood Health Contracting Branch, Fort Hood, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Advanced Sterilization Product (ASP) INC., under authority of RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization for analyzer lease, supply of testing reagents, and associated testing hardware for the Government owned SERRAD, to provide Sterilization service for maintenance or unscheduled maintenance to include parts and labor on the plasma sterilizing units to support Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), Fort Hood, Texas, 76544. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811210, “Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.” The Small Business Size Standard is 800 employees.
