The General Services Administration (GSA), through its Office of Management Services, Central Office Contracting Division, on behalf of the Integrated Acquisition Environment Division, plans to issue a sole source purchase order to Wildflower International, LTD, the distributor of TIBCO Spotfire software. This procurement aims to acquire TIBCO Spotfire licenses to enhance adhoc aggregated reporting and presentation capabilities across various federal applications. The order will include 10 Analytic Server user licenses, five professional desktop licenses with the option for five more, and unlimited web user access capped at 30 concurrent users. The software will support integration of disparate data sources like FPDS, eSRS, Excel, and JIRA, allowing federal employees without technical report writing skills to generate consolidated reports efficiently. The licensing agreement is expected to cover a two-year term and has been determined to be the most cost-effective and suitable solution for federal-wide reporting needs. The process is a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 423430, and although a sole source action is intended, the opportunity is open for responsible businesses to submit responses within 15 calendar days of the notice publication. The government will evaluate any submissions to determine if opening competition is warranted, but if a solicitation is issued, no further notice will be given. Interested parties must notify the contracting officer, Diane P. Taylor, via email by the specified deadline, providing company details and contact information. The place of performance is Arlington, VA, and the contracting action is managed under the GSA’s Professional Services Schedule.
