Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to issuea sole-source modification to contract N65236-04-D-6842 with L-3 Services,Inc., Marlton, NJ, to increase the ceiling by $50,000,000 and extend the periodof performance an additional six (6) months (through 31 Mar 2011) to allow timefor award of a competitive follow-on contract. The contract covers systemsengineering support for the design, development, installation, testing,analysis, and maintenance of complete C4ISR systems and equipment for variouscustomers, as defined by the current Performance Work Schedule (PWS). This Special Notice/Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVEPROPOSALS.
