Full Description
The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Fast Markets Global Limited - 8 Bouverie Street, London EC4Y 8AX, United Kingdom, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for the renewal of ten (10) subscriber licenses to Fastmarkets Global Limited's subscription services All Metals and Minerals Prices and News. The licenses will provide authorized Commission users with continued access to FastMarkets' proprietary commodity pricing , market assessments, forecasters, news , analysis, and related market intelligence used to support the Commission's research, economic analysis, and investigative responsibilities. There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission.
The period of performance is from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 for a base year and anticipation of two one-year options for a maximum performance period of 36 months. The attached Justification and Approval provides for additional detail.
This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
