Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract


Action: The United States Coast Guard (USCG) hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Maritech, LLC.

Requirement:
The Government requires the procurement of Strain Gauge Alignment Measurements for the USCGC Campbell. Based on market research, the Government believes Maritech LLC is the sole source capable of fulfilling this requirement. This determination is detailed in supporting Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A).


Statutory Authority:
