INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Four Points Technology LLC to ensure that standardized Philips patient monitoring equipment software is kept up to date and any software defects and/or cybersecurity vulnerabilities are corrected which also requires remote technical assistance in the event of any potential software related issues of connected components at covered Madison and Tomah VAMC facilities. In addition to the Philips Patient Monitoring Systems Software Support, the contract also requires Oracle Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration services.
