Full Description

The (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with Gregory Poole Equipment Company, Address: 4807 Beryl Road, Raleigh, NC 27606, United States for the purpose of procuring a parts and service purchase order for the repairs of a 2011 Hyster H190HD Powered Industrial Lift Truck. Hyster-Yale limits the sales of parts, such as the required ATC-200 Transmission Control Unit to authorized repair dealers. Gregory Poole Equipment Company is the Hyster-Yale designated sales and service dealer for the territory encompassing the ORC-Stafford at 1000 Falls Run Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22406. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Contracting Officer Robert Bass via email only at rmbass@fbi.gov, no later than November 20, 2023 at 08:00 am, eastern EDT. Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) or after the deadline will not be considered. Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
