This is a presolicitation notice. DLA Energy intends to post a solicitation for Bunkers program 1.3B PACOM at a future date.



Solicitation SPE608-26-R-0204 shall be for the procurement of Bunkers Marine Gas Oil (MGO) -   9140-01-417-6843 at various military and federal civilian agencies at various military ports in the Indo - PACOM Region: The total estimated quantity is unknown. Period of Performance is 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2029. These are Requirements-Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Contracts. Solicitation will be issued via Sam.gov.
