Full Description

Project Title: NRC Columbus - Boiler Repairs (Inspection Deficiencies) Funding Source: OMNR-ST FY Requested: FY 2026, Q2 Barracks/UH: NO MWR Pool/Gym: NO Project Details/SOW: Various repairs needed for Boiler 1 and 2 in Columbus. Majority of the repairs needed were identified during the most recent boiler inspections performed by NAVFAC. Re-pipe blowdown lines, replace blowdown valves, and repair hand-hole cover. Boilers cannot be certified until repairs are completed, and verified by EXWC Boiler Inspectors. APM Comments: No concerns at this time. CRM Comments: No issues. Project does not affect historic property. RPM Comments: Approved.
