The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for a domain registrar to manage and ensure ongoing security of Destination Canada’s domain portfolio (680 domains as of Aug 12, 2025). See Statement of Work (Section C) for detailed requirements. It is DC’s intent to enter into an agreement with the proponent who can best serve the interests of DC. At the final outcome of the NRFP process, the successful proponent (“Contractor”) may be required to collaborate with DC’s other service providers and partners to ensure that public relations and communications services are consistent with DC’s mandate, brand, and corporate strategy.
