Conduct Scope of work and planning to remove and replace 9 Liebert CRAC Units in NH139 in Rm Numbers:120, 122, 127, 211, 214, 215, and 219E. Current CRAC Units are beyond life cycle replacement limits, 15-20 Yrs. +. Replacement of Liebert Units are complicated because updated replacements won't fit through door openings. Engineering work will be required to identify equipment replacement plan that will both meet mission critical HVAC (with monitoring) requirements and fit into the spaces to allow for full recap of all nine Liebert CRAC Units. CRAC units' replacement contracts will be phased by mission priority into two or three contacts between FY25 and FY26. Request FY24 scope and engineer planning, to allow for 1st phase of replacement Units to be awarded in FY25. + Funded by CMSA
