The current fencing around the Ready Storage Lockers (RSLs) does not have a top guard consisting of triple strand barb wire or equivalent to prevent personnel from climbing over IAW OPNAVINST Chapter 2 and MCO, Chapter 5. Also the current lightning around the RSL location does not meet the requirements set within references listed. Request installation of lighting for coverage of fence line and entry point. Installation of top guard around the RSL fence line. Unit has purchased lights to be installed. Require same requirement for RSL at Blue Range (Dusty road) Safety and security measures are not met for AA&E aboard installation in accordance with OPNAVINST 5530.13D/ MCO 5530.14D
