NAVFAC PROJECT MAXIMO LOCATION: NBSD-77, 76 AND 3418 Scope of work • 1.1 Demolition & Removal (if applicable): o Walls in multiple spaces to be demolished to merge rooms/department personnel in bldgs. 77, 76 and 3418. o Demo walls/existing cove base o Relocate electrical outlets/phone drops/internet drops where necessary • 1.2 Site Preparation: o Spaces within construction zone will need to be vacated due to noise and operations from renovation. o Provide dust control barriers o Provide Ram Board to protect flooring • 1.3 Construction/Repair: o SOW to cover removal of walls in several spaces within buildings 77 and 76.  Building 77 Rooms 104/105B, Rooms 103B/104, Rooms 112/111 • Rooms 104/105B o Demo Wall between rooms 104/105B 9’x8’ o Current wall has surface mounted LAN/Phone drops/Electrical outlet. o Redesign of Drop Ceiling/T-Bar grid to match room 105B o Repair walls and flooring (flooring to match current) o Patch/Prep/Paint walls to match • Rooms 103B/104 o Demo Wall between rooms 103B/104 9’x8’ o Current wall has surface mounted LAN/Phone drops/Electrical outlet. o Repair/redesign of Drop Ceiling/T-Bar grid if necessary o Repair walls and flooring (flooring to match current) o Patch/Prep/Paint walls to match • Rooms 112/111 o Demo Wall between rooms 103B/104 30’x8’ o Relocate all receptacles. o Repair/redesign of Drop Ceiling/T-Bar grid if necessary o Repair walls and flooring (flooring to match current) o Existing pillars to remain – frame in, prep and paint to match room color. o Patch/Prep/Paint walls to match  Building 76 ...
