Request engineering scope to evaluate metal standing seam roof & roof insulation. There are multiple leaks over very sensitive automated conveyor lines. Multiple minor repairs have been made since 2011 to replace the grommets/fasteners and sealing around existing skylights, but is continuously getting worse. Scope must include removal and/or replacement of interior roof insulation damaged by water infiltration. Work must be done around the existing automated conveyors within the facility. Determine roof condition, cause of leaks and provide detailed description and cost estimate for recommended solution. Develop SOW with Design Estimate. ROOF IS +/- 209,000 SF. Project for FY23 SOW/Design/Award - DLA FUNDED
