Maximo: G6ZZFJ Pre-Award, GCFHW3 PCAS. This project is for a design to renovate the HVAC system serving the Bldg. 29 Chem Lab located on the North side of the first floor of Bldg. 29. The current HVAC system provides conditioned air for the chem lab and includes an exhaust fan for fume hoods, a chemical storage room, and other lab equipment. The existing system is not sized to allow all equipment to operate simultaneously. The design of the new system shall take into consideration operation existing and proposed equipment within the space (for both heating/cooling loads and exhaust/ventilation requirements).
