EM25 NSWC BLDG 3334 INVESTIGATE LEAK AND REPAIR 39081270 ARCHIBUS Ticket: 186924 • WHO:GXM * WHAT: provide solution to leak/condensation * WHEN: 12/30/25 • WHERE: B3334 RM 144 ceiling & B3334 cubicle outside RM121 ceiling • SCOPE: Investigate Leak & Repair. Probable HVAC condensate drain. - Backstory: We got additional information that there are 3 or 4 self-contained units in the ceiling that need drain pans installed. In the spring when the humidity is high in this area, the units condensate more and don't have a pan to drip into. (B3334 RM 144 ceiling, B3334 cubicle outside RM121 ceiling) - Per Shrek, this happens every year and they have repaired everything they can find and have even re-insulated the piping. Need to send a TF-1 for a project to investigate where this leak is coming from and why it happens each spring. - (CALLED IN 4/29/25 - SR 35821042/WO GVZC9N) Ceiling is leaking in Room 144 and cubicle outside of Room 121. Appears to be HVAC related.
