EM25 NSWC BLDG 45 REPLACE WATER LINES THAT FEED HOT WATER ADD DIRT FRONT CORNER WALL AND WATER INTRUSION 43215217 ARCHIBUS Ticket: 165692, 157288, 157299 • WHO: WXS • WHERE: B45 rm 003, corner wall to right of front entrance, rm 009 * WHEN: 9/30/25 for dirt fill and 1/30/26 for other 2 items • SCOPE: ticket 165692 (shops) Water lines in the basement above and feeding the water heater are needing replaced due to corrosion and lines becoming brittle. NAVFAC PW states that these lines need replaced. ticket 157288 (transportation) Exterior concrete corner wall to the right of the front entrance, needing more dirt put down and packed in to assist with ground water entering building. ticket 157299 (FSC) Water intrusion has to be taken care of first) WXS - B45 RM009 for removal of mold and further weatherproofing and gaskets for 2 doors and paint the room. • Funding by: Bulk SRM
