PURPOSE:
This Special Notice is issued to provide awareness of the release of a Request for Solutions (RFS) for an other transaction project in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 4022.


The HSI, C2, & UOC Design for UxS Operations has been issued as part of the Maritime Advanced Technology Consortium (MATAC) managed by Advanced Technology International (ATI) and administered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division.


BACKGROUND AND SUMMARY:
