The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Program Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for a new fully functioning Network Video Management System (NVMS) at the Federal Complex located at 4300 Goodfellow Blvd., in St. Louis, MO. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, software, hardware, supervision, material, and tools required to provide, install, connect, repair and test a new fully functioning Network Video Management System (NVMS). The installation of the new NVM system must comply with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), This project shall also include associated software and licensing, an upgrade from analog video cameras to new IP cameras, one (1) client workstation, network switches, and all additional equipment and appurtenances necessary for a fully functional IP based NVMS system. A site visit has been scheduled, if you wish to attend, please fill out the attached DHS Form 11000-6 (Non Disclosure Agreement) and return to Robert.Lucier@ice.dhs.gov and Adam.L.Reynoso@ice.dhs.gov. This is a firm-fixed price type contract and a 100 percent total small business set-aside.
