NWS HVAC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) MULTIPLE LOCATIONS WFO, MAINTENANCE ANNEX, NEXRAD IN OH.
1. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0387 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for National Weather Service HVAC Preventive Maintenance (PM) Multiple Locations; WFO, Maintenance Annex, NEXRAD in Wilmington, OH.
Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for HVAC Systems Preventative Maintenance at Weather Forecast Offices (WFO), Maintenance Annexes, and Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) locations in Wilmington, OH in accordance with the Statement of Work. See attached Statement of Work which applies to Base Year and all Option Years 1 – 4.

2. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.
3. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
