This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY. All meals must meet the food standards of the SOW, conform the menu provided and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration.



Basis of award is the lowest price that conforms to the requirement of the SOW.

1. RFQ pages 1 and 3, on page 3 provide pricing per meal for individual dinner, as well as the total dollar amount for all 4391 meals during the duration of this event.


2. Catering List of Deliverables – filled out and signed with all attachments requested to include health and safety inspection certificates.


3. Contractor UEI and/or cage code.
