OCA, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, is seeking qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to provide proposals (“Proposal”) for the placement of monthly “Outreach Advertisements” in “Neighborhood-based” newspapers that circulate primarily in San Francisco Neighborhoods, as defined below.
“Neighborhood-based” newspaper means a newspaper circulated in San Francisco through which the City can publish its outreach advertisement once per month. As such, any paper that prints one or more times per month is eligible.
