Occupational Medical Surveillance Program

The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is soliciting quotes for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to establish an Occupational Medical Surveillance Program in Peoria, Illinois. The program provides essential health monitoring for employees exposed to chemical, biological, and physical hazards, including baseline and return participant exams, physicals by licensed physicians, and general laboratory tests. The contract includes a base ordering period from April 13, 2026, to April 12, 2027, with one optional extension year. Services are performed at the MWA National Center for Agriculture, and the contractor's facility must be located within 15 miles of the site. The program is designed for a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 120 participants.
