INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONSInstructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation.STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached) apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.BRAND NAME: The product(s) specified in this bid are being bid as BRAND (and model) SPECIFIC. That signifies no alternates will be accepted for award. Bid is in accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code 123:5-1-10 (D) (6).ADDENDUM for CONTRACTORS PAID with FEDERAL FUNDS by NON-FEDERAL ENTITY (2 C.F.R.
