Okinawa Total Maintenance Contract - Amendment 0003

The contractor is tasked with providing comprehensive operations, maintenance, repair, and facility management services for Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) facilities in Okinawa, Japan, under the Performance Work Statement and all applicable codes, including NFPA and OSHA standards. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with a base period running from 1 August 2026 through 31 July 2027, and five option periods extending through 1 February 2031, with a maximum total value not to exceed $16.5 million and a guaranteed minimum base year obligation of $50,000.
