The overall objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals form qualified and reputable Proposers to provide revenue cycle services for the Oral Maxillofacial Services (OMS). The revenue cycle operations involved in this clinic span BOTH Medical and Dental coding/billings/collections. While OMS is confident in its abilities to maintain revenue cycle operations around the Dental claims – other clinics throughout the University are finding that it does not have the bandwidth (or expertise) to maximize its workflows around the Medical Claims. For this reason, OSP is looking at opportunities to outsource the revenue cycle operations related to the OMS department, which will include both the Medical and Dental based claims.
No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
