Full Description

Under the authority of FAR 13.5, the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Risk Sciences International, Inc. of Ottowa, ON, to develop an on-line predictive modeling resource database at reasonable cost. Risk Sciences International proposed work to be accomplished by internationally recognized leader in developing predictive modeling resources and has work with WHO/FAO, FDA, and USDA. This company is the developer of the USDA's Pathogen Modeling Program which the proposed work will incorporate. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at contact@example.gov. no later than 21 March 2008, 12:00 pm EST.
