On Site Core Sampling

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is seeking a small business contractor under NAICS 541380 to perform on-site core sampling across various buildings and locations to facilitate work permit 799. This firm fixed price, single award contract is a total small business set-aside with an anticipated period of performance from September 30, 2026, through August 29, 2027. The scope of work involves collecting samples from both interior and exterior surfaces of multiple buildings, organized into seven specific group schedules running from October 2026 through December 2026. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personal protective equipment. Key deliverables include the collection of core samples and the submission of a detailed findings report for each building group, which must be delivered within seven days of the end of each group's performance period. Reports must include NNSY-provided building drawings with specific sample locations indicated.
